I identified the need to better understand how guests think about booking flights, which led to me creating and facilitating the first foundational research study for the org. 

I was later joined by a UX Researcher (the 1st for Alaska!) to complete analysis. Post-analysis we led org-wide workshops for XFN teams to brainstorm on how to action on the insights.
